This study examines the relationship of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and work motivation with employee performance at PT Magnakabel Nusantara. The study was motivated by several quality targets that had not been fully achieved, particularly effective machine hours in the Maintenance Department and production-order completion in the PPIC Department. A quantitative approach was applied using saturated sampling involving 51 employees. Primary data were collected through a five-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using instrument quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System has a significant effect on employee performance (t=2.842; Sig.=0.007), while work motivation does not have a statistically significant partial effect (t=1.650; Sig.=0.105). Simultaneously, the two independent variables significantly affect employee performance (F=49.220; Sig.=0.000), with an R Square of 0.672. The findings indicate that quality-system implementation and employee motivational factors should be considered together when examining performance, while their individual statistical relationships differ in this organizational setting.
