Work engagement is a positive psychological state characterized by employees’ vigor, dedication, and involvement in their work. In a hospital setting, work engagement is important for supporting employee performance and service quality. This condition may be associated with employees’ ability to balance work and personal life (work-life balance) and their efforts to adjust work tasks and the work environment according to their abilities and needs (job crafting). This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and job crafting on work engagement among employees of RSIA Aisyah Qurratu’ain. A quantitative approach was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving 100 hospital employees. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. Job crafting also has a positive and significant influence (t-value = 5.376; p < 0,000). Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant influence on work engagement (F-value = 72.686; p < 0,000).
